The practice of Yoga nidra is more than 2500 years old, first mentioned around 700 BCE. Approaches to Yoga Nidra vary according to different traditions and systems, including modern research into the nervous system. In this course, we will draw on several of these approaches to learn and practice a series of body, breath and awareness techniques that effortlessly guide you into a state of complete ease and non-doing.

The Three Phases of Practice

🔹 Phase 2: Inner Healing & the Wisdom Heart
Transform emotional energy into insight. This phase focuses on the Mind. Practice Vichāra (inquiry), exploring the body of feeling and mind with compassion and clarity.
🔹 Phase 3: Subtle Mind & Energy Body
Deepen your meditative awareness, explore subtle energy body practices and transform your experience of rest. Learn to create your own Yoga Nidra scripts. Includes teacher training content for those pursuing certification, such as exploring contraindications and safe, ethical practice.
